Design & Construction

The Coflexlite reinforced thermoplastic pipe is an un-bonded flexible pipe consisting of three functional layers, namely:

  • High Density Polyethylene inner liner - Fluid seal and resistance.

  • Aramid Fibre (KEVLAR) Reinforcement - Pressure and corrosion resistance.

  • High Density Polyethylene sheath - White UV resistance outer layer.

By virtue of the fact that the product is un-bonded, any potential problems associated with gas diffusion and permeation are eliminated entirely.
