uPVC PRESSURE FITTINGS 

To suit the uPVC pressure pipes, Cosmoplast also manufactures uPVC pressure fittings to both imperial and metric standards. The fittings product range that includes both thermoformed fittings and moulded fittings are manufactured to stringent quality standards as the pipes.

 

The basic application of formed bends is to provide uniformity in the pipeline system even when the design engineers are faced with obstructions or layout parameters that pose problems to the laying of a conventional network.

 

Cosmoplast’s  pressure fittings are tailor made for specific applications in order to address the design and assembly requirements of the customer. For this, the company manufactures moulded fittings to various sizes besides the above mentioned thermoformed bends.

 

uPVC fittings are regarded as flexible under stresses set up by backfill and surcharge loads and do not have any adverse effect on normal acid or Alkali conditions. Cosmoplast uPVC fittings are suitable to be used with a wide range of industrial effluents
