In  the  company’s  efforts  to  provide  a   comprehensive   support  to  our  customers,
Cosmoplast provide equipment training for senior technicians  in our facilities in Sharjah
as well as practical training for installation technicians  at  customer premises and sites.
Training is provided for both Butt  fusion  and  Electro-fusion  jointing  using  the  Fusion
machines that are available for  hire or purchase from Cosmoplast.  During  the  duration
of  two  days  of  the  course , trainees are provided hands on experience on the jointing
procedures.

The fusion-training course enables the participants to:

• Understand  the  principal  of  fusion  jointing  and  alternative type of equipments
  available.
• Identify pipe and appropriate fitting markings.
• Carry out pre-joining machine and equipments checks.
• Make satisfactory fusion joints from a range of pipe sizes and materials.
• Inspect and identify acceptable quality joints, including inspection of bead
