PEPE-IN-PIPE SYSTEMS USING PP-R MAIN HEADERS

In this system, the taps are supplied with hot and cold water using PE-X pipes running inside corrugated conduits, directly from the PP-R (Polypropylene-Random) main installed above the false ceiling.

This system combines the advantages of both PP-R and Manifold systems by maintaining the advantage of pliability and possibility of easy replacement of the damaged pipes.
The jointing points between the PP-R mains and PE-X drops are carried out using proper PP-R Tee and Elbow connections with female brass threads. On the PE-X pipe side, male adapters with sizes suitable to the PE-X pipe dimensions are used de, male adapters with sizes suitable to the PE-X pipe dimensions are used.
